Homebuyers are still hesitant.

Homebuyers are still hesitant.

This is a great article that ties in nicely with last week’s post about Buyer’s Agent commission changes recently.

https://www.nar.realtor/magazine/real-estate-news/home-buyers-remain-reluctant-even-with-lower-rates-this-month?

The National Association of Realtors(NAR) reported this week that existing home sales plummeted by 5.4%, while new construction fell by 7.4%. NAR cites the still high mortgage rate and continually climbing home prices as the major issues. They are, but the changes in buyer’s agent commissions have many buyers spooked too.

It doesn’t have to be that way. Buyers do not have to simply roll over and give up their dreams of a new home. Talk to your Realtor. Talk to your mortgage officer or attorney. There are ways to navigate the system. A solid open brainstorming session with your team might chart your path and navigate you to your new home.

Have Fun!
