Now, try to contain your excitement. It is fun, but online calculators like this one or Zillow or Realtor.com, etc. aren’t that accurate. They are, however, fun and convenient…and can give you a rough idea on your property’s value.
None of them are a substitute for having a Realtor come into your home and build a custom valuation for you. Then, the specific items that give your property value can be included into the calculation, along with improvements you’ve made or specific and unique things about your home that gave it value to you and more.
Most Realtors, like me, offer to work up a comparative market analysis(CMA) for you at no charge, no obligation. If you’re in the market to sell, just thinking about selling or want some tips to improve your property to make living there more comfortable and not sell it, just call me.
